- 7+ years in live event technical production, including experience with large-scale specs
- Must be highly adaptable and prepared to take on a range of responsibilities as we grow the production team
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and meticulously plan/implement multiple programs at once
- Deep knowledge of AV, lighting, staging, and broadcast/streaming technologies
- Comfortable reading and creating production documents, floorplans, and technical specs
- Proven leadership managing crews and third-party vendors
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and a team player
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on event schedules
- Understanding of contracts and legal terms
- Acute attention to detail; admirable written, analytical and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong computer skills with hands-on knowledge of Google (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Viper, NetSuite and ClickUp experience beneficial but not required
- Experience with CAD or Vectorworks is preferred
- Familiarity with production management software (e.g., Shoflo, Basecamp, Monday.com) is preferred
- Background in either technical direction or stage management is a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Must be able to sit / stand for 8 hours
- Walking, bending, light lifting up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work on-site and travel both domestically and internationally
- Ability to work both from home and an office
